There are many skin ailments, if you can not control them you can only try and avoid them as long as they are not grave in nature; by grave we mean, something that might not need medicine treatment immediately. Like;
- Freckles and age spots: You can minimise the effect of age spots on your face, by avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, if you can not avoid going out in the sun then you can use a sunscreen lotion or then rub Vitamin E oil on the spots to reduce the colour, if it does not help you what so ever then you can contact your dermatologist.
- Sunburn: You can probably never avoid the sun, if your job requires you to travel extensively. Aloe Vera plant is known for its magical effect on the skin curing sunburn, all you have to do is slit open the end of the Aloe Vera leaf and rub it on the area where you have the burn, it is believed to penetrate through three layers of your skin and is an immune system stimulant that is medically proved.
- Black Heads: Black heads are again caused by oil secretion from the sebaceous glands that clog the skin pores, and leave the skin coarse. To avoid black heads wash your face at regular intervals with warm water and medicated soap. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Do not remove them forcibly, as you can not simply wash it off.
